We provide integrated international trade services including sourcing, logistics, financial engineering, and market consultancy, with a strategic focus on trade between Ethiopia and China.

By using our Services, you represent that you are: At least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction; Authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent; Not barred from using our Services under applicable laws or regulations.

Intelligence & Sourcing: Supplier vetting, market insights, and product sourcing. Financial Engineering & Risk Mitigation: Transaction structuring, payment facilitation, and currency risk management. Agile Logistics & Digital Visibility: Freight forwarding, customs clearance, and real-time shipment tracking. Market Entry & Cultural Consultancy: Strategic advisory for accessing Chinese and Ethiopian markets. All services are delivered based on individual contracts, proposals, or statements of work, which may include service-specific terms.

4. User Responsibilities

As a client or website visitor, you agree to:

Any quotes or estimates provided by Septem Nexus International are for informational purposes only and are subject to change based on market conditions or updated project specifications.

b. Contracts & Orders
Formal agreements, contracts, or purchase orders must be executed before we begin any service delivery. Each contract will detail the scope, pricing, timelines, and responsibilities.

c. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in accordance with agreed-upon terms outlined in individual contracts. We accept payments through secure methods including escrow, Letters of Credit (L/C), or other mutually agreed formats.

6. Risk & Liability

a. Third-Party Vendors
While we conduct extensive vetting of suppliers and partners, Septem Nexus International is not liable for defects, delays, or breaches caused by third parties unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

b. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, cyberattacks, or logistics disruptions.

a. Governing Law
These Terms and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

b. Arbitration Clause
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will be settled by arbitration in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in accordance with the rules of the Ethiopian Arbitration Institute. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Septem Nexus International makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
